BASIC JOB DUTIES OF THE CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Greeting clients
Receive incoming calls
Check patients in and out
Appointment scheduling and confirmation
Housekeeping: helping to maintain cleanliness of both the inside and outside of the facility
Act as a liaison between the client and the doctor when the doctor cannot communicate directly with the client.
Knowledge of the spelling and meaning of commonly used terminology of veterinary medicine and commonly used veterinary medications
Fill prescriptions and maintain RX refill requests

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
