Holland Packaging -Autopack, a national leader in end-of-line packaging machinery solutions, is searching for a NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Seeking an experienced Packaging Machinery salesperson (capital equipment) to develop new accounts and strengthen existing customer relationships. This is an exciting time to work with key customers in constantly evolving food, pharma, industrial, personal care and beverage industries. The need for packaging automation is exploding due to labor shortages, rising costs and rapidly developing technologies. Our products sell at a premium and the market is rapidly expanding.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE:

Experience providing custom products and consultative sales solutions based on providing value, not just price driven
Ability to effectively manage a sales territory and the selling process
Innovative problem solver; recognizing customer needs, providing, selling, and implementing optimal solutions

Excellent communication skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience; Major or Specialty Area: Business or technical degree
Travel requirement 20-35%.
