Hollerbach's Willow Tree Cafe(hollerbachs.com), located in Sanford, FL is seeking a full-time Baker.

Hollerbach's Willow Tree Cafe is the place where Gemütlichkeit happens in Historic Downtown Sanford, Florida. We are a bright, friendly spot offering schnitzel, wurst & other German classics, plus beer & live music. We have a great reputation for having a strong sense of community that knows how to have fun.

The ideal candidate has a calm and friendly demeanor and works well on a team. 

Position:

• Baker

Compensation:

• $15 hourly
• Benefits starting after 6 mo
• 401K

Schedule requirements:

• Thursday-Monday from 7:00am-3:00pm (preferred schedule)
• Weekends and holidays

Language requirements:

• English

Experience:

• 1 year of experience in a similar BOH role in a casual restaurant
• Baking experience preferred
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge 
• Reading and following recipes
• Familiarity operating kitchen equipment
• Ability to lift 50lb and stand long periods of time
