Holley Anesthesia is a small business in Plano, TX. We are professional, agile, fast-paced and our goal is to provide quality sterile set up for GYN procedures in this MOBILE (going from office to office) company. Early start times 6:15 a.m. some days.

We have exciting openings for a Patient Care Technician/MA/ or Surgical tech. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing administrative duties and assisting in the day-to-day management of the workplace and staff. We are looking for a patient-oriented professional who is capable of working independently and is eager to help our office maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety of patients during surgery and emergency procedures.

Sterile set up of the procedures

Communicate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure appropriate care is administered to patients.

Assist physicians with procedures in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Prepare emergency equipment and check its proper functioning before use in a surgical procedure or emergency treatment.

Communicate with patients' families after surgery or emergency treatment.

Explain the nature of the patient's condition, possible risks involved, and plans for follow-up care to ensure that patients' families are well informed.
