The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who possesses impeccable attention to detail and exhibits an exceptional professional manner. Responsibilities: Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties Provide exceptional customer service as the point person for complaints or questions and resolve issues quickly to improve customer retention and referral rates • Handle all the paperwork and administrative details of the transactions. Qualifications: Deadline driven and extremely organized Technologically savvy; able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly and with discretion Compensation: $16 per hour
