We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team in either our Lutz or Brooksville office. You will provide overall litigation support and assist the lawyers preparing for trial.

Responsibilities:

• Scan documents into case management software
• Diary important deadlines
• Prepare and serve witness lists
• Prepare trail and exhibit notebooks
• Prepare and serve discovery responses
• E-file Motions and Pleadings
• Obtain and Organize Medical Records
• Obtain and calculate Medical Bills
• Obtain and scan evidence
• Coordinate investigations with private investigators
• Obtain Lien information
• Retain Forensic Experts

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
• Familiarity with Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
