We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator for our Rebel convenience stores. Fun environment, flexible hours, and the ability to provide friendly customer service with a smile.
SUMMARY
The Retail System administrator works closely with store managers to provide support and correct issues as they are reported. The Retail Systems Administrator also helps multiple departments within the company to create solutions at the site level for new initiatives and programs, as well as maintain store’s software with the help of several vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming phone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.
- Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to supervisor or technical staff. ·
- Helps maintain Point of Sale configuration and access.
- Completes weekly/ monthly tasks to maintain site access.
- Maintains moderate level of proficiency in software and applications supported by IT.
- Documents procedures as required.
- Works with IT support and Sr. retails systems admin to maintain and improve store end user experience.
- Assists in software and hardware upgrades as well as new installations. · Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned.
- Looks to continually improve all aspects of the retail systems department functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1-year experience working in a IT helpdesk environment
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile, hardware, networking, and other tech products.
- Proficient in Windows and Office 365
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Able to teach end users about IT technologies or solutions to their issues in an easy-to-understand way.
- Able to actively look for tasks to complete in times of low service requests.
- PDI Enterprise Experience is a Plus
