    Management opportunities exist in all areas of revenue cycle management. Hollis Cobb is looking for sharp, energetic, personable and analytical individuals to join in our management team to support our tremendous growth. Management positions currently exist in our Duluth, GA office.

    While experience in medical billing is a plus, the best candidates will be those that can demonstrate an understanding of process management, delivering results and exhibit team motivation.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop operational strategies within your department to meet overall objectives
    • Track, interpret and explain key metrics to leadership team with the goal of improving team performance month over month
    • Manage and coordinate the work flow of operations team
    • Identify areas of process improvement to both reduce cost and improve production
    • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the client, department and industry
    • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly information to our clients with regards to our progress against the goals
    • Ability to effectively manage and motivate collectors and support staff
    • Embrace technology to assist in analyzing your team’s performance, including, widely adopted tools such as excel and access
    • Self-motivated, self-directed with strong organizational and communication skills

    Working knowledge of the FDCPA, HIPAA, and how they fit within the revenue management cycle is a must.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated industry experience in the healthcare revenue cycle market, or a similar industry/market
    • Strong management skills with a focus on leading a team (or teams) of 6-12 people each
    • Competitive and goal driven personality
    • Communication that demonstrates the ability to deliver a concise message with clear perceptivity
    • The ability to manage a large about of data, and deliver an informative, relevant message from its content
    • Sensitivity to our client’s needs and matching our performance to deliver results
    • Previous experience working with medical collections or major hospital systems such as Epic, Star, Sorrian etc
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required
    • Intermediate to advanced computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point software
    • Prefer candidates with Medical Bad Debt experience; must have previous Bad Debt management experience
    • Military background is a plus
