About the Role:
Structural Precast Erectors LLC is looking for a skilled Hollow-Core Installer / Precast Erector to join our growing team in Cape Coral, FL. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll be at the forefront of structural construction, placing and securing precast concrete components that form the backbone of impressive building projects. Responsibilities:
Install hollow-core precast concrete planks, panels, and structural components on commercial and residential job sites
Operate rigging equipment and work alongside crane operators to safely lift and set precast elements
Read and interpret structural blueprints, shop drawings, and erection plans
Ensure proper alignment, bearing, and placement of precast units per engineering specifications
Perform grouting, patching, and finishing work on precast connections and joints
Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific safety requirements
Coordinate with general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades on the job site
Requirements:
Prior experience in precast concrete erection, hollow-core installation, or structural concrete work strongly preferred
Familiarity with rigging, signaling, and crane-assisted lifts
Ability to read and follow structural drawings and erection plans
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus
Must be comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding outdoor conditions
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a safety-first mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites in and around Cape Coral, FL
