Responsibilities: • Source prospective buyers and sellers using an immense existing database. • Coordinate with clients through phone, email, and text utilizing a cutting-edge CRM system. • Engage in daily business development activities with the team. • Guide and counsel buyers to access ideal properties. • Assist with transforming prospects into clients and helping them find a home. • Maintain exceptional customer service through employing the use of our technology and systems. • Learn and stay up to date on industry practices and trends. • Build relationships with existing and prospective customers by collaborating with the team. • Establish a successful and lasting career in real estate by working with other agents. • Source prospective buyers and sellers from the vast database available. • Communicate with customers effectively via telephone, email, and SMS with the help of an innovative CRM platform. • Participate in daily sales and development operations with the team. • Guide buyers and provide them with information about applicable properties. • Transform prospects and help them to find suitable housing. • Provide exceptional customer service with the aid of our tools and applications. • Keep up to date on the latest industry practices and innovations. • Foster relationships with potential and current customers through active collaboration. Qualifications: • Possesses excellent abilities in organization, communication, and interaction. • Be familiar with the local real estate market and/or surrounding area. • Be open to learning and utilizing new tools, platforms, and technology. • Express oneself fluently both verbally and in writing. • Have the capability to work efficiently in a pressured environment. • Show the ability to work cooperatively with clients and peers. • Aim to maximize earning potential. • Carry a Real Estate license or are willing to obtain one. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000+ commission based
