    Seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing Real Estate company in Marlton. Real Estate license required, but assistance provided for obtaining one. Showing Assistants needed to facilitate home showing tours. Desired qualities: organizational skills, dedication, and consumer-centric enthusiasm. No prior Real Estate sales experience needed, comprehensive training provided. Actively recruiting new agents to educate about the local real estate market and buyer communication. Opportunity to assist homebuyers/sellers and engage with the community. Flexible scheduling and potential for unlimited income based on performance. Work alongside seasoned agents. Hourly compensation: $25 to $30 Responsibilities: • Provide guidance to prospective buyers by facilitating showings of available properties • Coordinate buyer tours and keep them on track • Engage with customers when touring properties and gathering feedback • Assist the lead Agent by suggesting homes that fit the client’s criteria • Promote business development in the office during downtimes • Acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to become a licensed Real Estate Agent • Follow up on viewings by providing feedback and pertinent information Qualifications: • Have the confidence to interact with diverse personalities • Maintain a professional demeanor • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills • Possess excellent organizational abilities • Remain flexible to meet customers' needs • Be willing to acquire a Real Estate license Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
