JOIN THE LEGACY. Conservation Corps North Carolina has an immediate need for a Youth Program Coordinator.

Conservation Corps North Carolina (CCNC), a program of Conservation Legacy, is a non-profit organization dedicated to a legacy of healthy lands, air, and water; thriving people and resilient communities. To do this, CCNC develops and implements programs that engage motivated youth and young adults in preserving, restoring, and improving North Carolina’s natural lands.

JOIN US IN MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF YOUNG PEOPLE, OUR LOCAL COMMUNITIES, AND NORTH CAROLINA’S NATURAL SPACES. Drive the youth conservation crew program for projects across North Carolina. Mentor and prepare youth participants and crew leadership to be a new generation of land stewards from initial project planning to outreach and recruiting to training and program implementation. As a part of the CCNC family, this position will provide support for both field operations and administrative needs of youth conservation crews, working collaboratively with other staff to meet high quality program standards and expectations.

Our next Youth Program Coordinator will have a background in youth development, a passion for North Carolina’s natural places, and the ability to instigate fun.

    • Incredible and dedicated team of coworkers passionate about service.
    • Full benefits package.
