    JOIN THE LEGACY. Conservation Corps North Carolina has an immediate need for a Recruitment and Member Support Coordinator.  

    Conservation Corps North Carolina (CCNC), a program of Conservation Legacy, is a non-profit organization dedicated to a legacy of healthy lands, air, and water; thriving people and resilient communities. To do this, CCNC develops and implements programs that engage motivated youth and young adults in preserving, restoring, and improving North Carolina’s natural lands.  

    JOIN US IN RECRUITING AND PREPARING THE NEXT GENERATION OF LAND STEWARDS AND IMPROVING NORTH CAROLINA’S NATURAL SPACES. Drive program outreach, recruitment, admissions, administration, and compliance for a growing conservation corps program across North Carolina. Support human resource procedures and diverse talent acquisition strategies to ensure seasonal conservation crews and position openings are filled. Be a spokesperson for AmeriCorps and national service, supporting members in navigating program benefits while also ensuring compliance of paperwork and files for grant requirements. As a part of the CCNC family, this position will work collaboratively with other staff across the organization to meet high quality program standards and expectations.      

    Our next Recruitment and Member Support Coordinator will have a background in recruitment and administration, excellent communication skills, and the adaptability to work in a fluid, changing work environment.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline
    • 3.2 Minimum GPA
    • Self-motivated and able to work well within research a development team
    • Experience with standard electrical laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, multimeters, and power supplies
    • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance
