Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee owned company, is looking for a senior research analyst with intelligence community experience or a senior all-source intelligence analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage and teach excellent information management, communication, writing, and data analysis skills to provide cutting edge analysis to the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. 

The candidate selected will maintain, apply, and mentor others with their knowledge of military/industrial organizations involved in weapons design, development, and production for assigned geographic portfolios.  This position will require the person selected to have a mastery in IC analytic tradecraft and experience leading a team to support customer requirements. The qualified candidate will demonstrate proficiency in multi-source analysis using classified and unclassified research tools and methods.

Required Skills

• Active TS/SCI clearance

Required Experience

• 9+ years of relevant experience supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community
• 5+ years of relevant experience supporting manned or unmanned flight operations
• 5+ years of relevant experience supporting test and evaluation of aerial systems
• Experience and proficiency using classified and unclassified research techniques
• Knowledge of foreign manned and unmanned aerial systems
• Conducting assessments on foreign aerial systems based on thorough understanding of operations of weapon systems
• Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree
• Knowledge of intelligence community tradecraft and standards
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Active TS/SCI clearance
