    COMPANY PROFILE:

    HOLLY HUNT is a sales and service organization, as well as designer and maker of high-end interior design furniture, lighting, textiles, leather, and rugs. HOLLY HUNT’S “to the trade” customers are interior designers and architects. 85 to 90 percent of business revenue is generated from residential purchases, while 10 to 15 percent is generated from contract, corporate or hospitality purchases.

     

    POSTION PROFILE:

    Client Services and client care is an integral part of the Holly Hunt organization.   Passionate about delivering an amazing experience to each client, the Customer Service associate’s responsibilities include working closely with the Sales Associate, Clients, Corporate Office, Outside Sales Associate, and Represented Vendors to ensure the smooth processing and production of orders.  Client Services is a responsible for much of the logistics required for client orders.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients complete satisfaction with our product and services
    • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
    • Troubleshoot and resolve possible product issues or client concerns, some on-site inspection may be required, following up to ensure client satisfaction
    • Initiate customer service claims to Client First teams, expediting replacements/repairs as needed
    • Get estimates and facilitate local repairs, coordinate with clients or receiving warehouse
    • Request RA's for rep vendor returns
    • Liaise with vendors
    • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
    • Enter new accounts and process payments utilizing HOLLY HUNT’s CRM
    • Manage orders
    • Run weekly reports, manage open orders, review hold reports
    • Provide tracking updates to clients
    • Complete and submit refund request forms for overpayments
    • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
    • Support the showroom as needed, be a team player

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3+ years working in a retail, design, or showroom environment

    Required Experience

    • Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt and wear many hats
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Some lifting (20-50 lbs max)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Exceptional organizational, time management and follow-through skills
