Job Description

 Busy real estate appraisal company has an opening for a data entry assistant.  Company is physically located in Connecticut, but the position is remote.  

Qualifications:

• Most importantly MUST be DETAIL ORIENTED
• Own a reliable computer (not a Mac) and have reliable internet
• Must be somewhat tech savvy 
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Have a work space that is distraction free 
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Data entry through software import and some manual typing
• Maneuver between various software and websites to complete reports
• Verify data through online sites
• Import photos through email

This is a contractor/1099 position.  Currently looking for 1-2 people for part-full time.  Pay is based on each report, $40 each.  Each report takes ~ 2 hrs to complete, with a learning curve at the beginning.  Applicant will be trained in person if local, remote if not.  Training material will be provided, as well as ongoing feedback.
