    Schedule: Full Time, Thursday thru Monday

    Hours:

    Thursday, Friday, Saturday – 2:00pm to 10:30pm

    Sunday & Monday – 6:30pm to 3:00am

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a dynamically talented, super energetic, competitive Marketing Coordinator that has passion and a desire to be the best and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. We are looking for individuals with compassion, sensitivity, and the ability to explain and/or resolve desired information on the first call (measured by first-contact resolution).

    This is a FABULOUS opportunity for a recent college graduate or a person entering their final year of college or an individual in graduate school.

    The Marketing Coordinator/Customer Service Concierge’s general purpose is to answer incoming calls, and live chats from customers, answer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, offer solutions, and provide any additional information needed to provide an exceptional Customer Experience. This role flexes between providing direct support to the marketing team and answering customer inquiries.

    What You’ll Do:

    Provide excellent customer service and provide accurate and satisfactory answers to queries and concerns from customers via phone, chat, email and social media

    Deescalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support to resolve any problems

    Provide customers with new products, services offered, and information as well as troubleshooting technological problems and helping to process orders and concerns in a timely manner

    Complete (CRM and Telephony) dispositions and document all call information according to operating procedures and use platforms to data entry when required

    Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, technology, and other departments to improve customer service, and email marketing

    Edit and upload content to the Hollywood.com website

    Assist in the creative development of advertisements and other customer collateral

    Post, monitor, and respond to commentary on the company's social media accounts and website

    Implement, edit, and send daily, weekly, monthly and paid email campaigns, while communicating with internal and external teams and clients to complete emails

    Perform other duties assigned by management.

    What You’ll Need:

    Knowledge of Customer Service and Marketing principles and practices

    Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal, customer service, and written communication skills

    Computer proficiency with sales platforms, CRM data entry, internet, and Microsoft Office

    Strong organizational skills to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment to meet and/or exceed departmental goals

    Some experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment is a plus

    High School Diploma or GED equivalent required (college graduate strongly preferred)

    Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while being flexible with schedule and tasks

    Background and drug screening required
