    Holonis is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to oversee all corporate marketing functions. A successful CMO would act as an agent for change within our organization while also becoming the heart of our brand and the voice of our customers. 

    We are looking for an expert in brand equity, user acquisition, and user retention. A CMO that can align, inspire, and influence Holonis stakeholders with innovative marketing solutions. This person would have a history of driving marketing initiatives from conception to completion. Lastly, we feel that a qualified candidate for this role would possess a wealth of experience scaling brand logos that include electronic platforms and technology products.

    What you will do: 

    • Conceptualize an overarching branding strategy that will launch Holonis and our platform into the spotlight of a competitive and lucrative marketplace.
    • Unlock key performance indicators (User engagement, user growth, and brand loyalty) while driving these KPIs towards established milestones.
    • Influence and inspire key stakeholders to challenge the status quo while presenting innovative and strategic answers to their most pressing market questions.
    • Spearhead and implement engaging customer campaigns that help build communities and unite an ever-growing user base. 
    • Reinforce your narrative by leveraging the intelligence and talents of an internal marketing department.
    • Show our customers what Holonis and our platform has to offer as they continue to thirst for new digital technologies, access to large amounts of data, and unprecedented interconnectivity.
    • Promote our corporate vision and values as the backbone of our growth model.

    What you should know:  

    • User Acquisition - How to examine complex digital platforms (e-commerce and social media); fully grasping how that platform gains users, performs case studies, and engages clients. The nuances of how users are obtained, maintained, tracked, and monitored. The ROI of various marketing strategies. How to create synergy through strategic implementation and timing. The impact of new products & features on a user base as well as how to effectively leverage those features for both new and existing users. The importance of a customer success team and how to translate customer feedback & requests into solutions. Global and local user trends as well as what resonates with our target demographic. 
    • Digital Marketing – You understand best practices for digital channels, devices, and platforms in order to optimize marketing and advertising through search engine optimization, content marketing, email list building, and social media marketing
    • Media – Knowledge and awareness of emerging trends in online media, including digital and social media.
    • eCommerce – Understanding of the principles of online commerce and how to manage, measure, and optimize results.
    • Marketing Operations – Understanding of how to plan, execute, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns. Ability to work with graphic designers, web developers, and other colleagues to execute campaigns on time and in-budget.

    Qualifications: 

    • 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably at a high growth social media software startup 
    • Experience as a VP of Marketing or CMO at a large tech or social media organization. 
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
    • Prior experience in scaling and managing a marketing team
