SR. PRODUCT OWNER

We're looking for an energetic senior level Product Owner with a can-do attitude to join our talented agile product team! Our Ideal candidate is a social media/e-commerce space Product Owner with a passion for technology, enjoys solving complex problems, is an expert in their craft, and enjoys collaborating with product and development teams to meet business critical deliverables.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Take on product owner responsibilities for the Holonis platform offerings from ideation to launch
- Understand our user needs and inspire team to create innovative ways to solve those needs through a product experience.
- Work with product team and internal stakeholders to become a key collaborator of product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate closely with design team and engineering to deliver high-quality products that our users love and can't live without
- Support the design team in understanding user needs and inspire team to create innovative ways to solve those needs through a product experience
- Influence how we grow and regularly present product initiatives and results to senior leadership
- Complete other tasks and duties as needed.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 10+ years of increasing product management responsibilities in a software product company and specifically in the social media and e-commerce space
- Deep understanding and experience with scrum methodologies as a product owner
- Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value to users
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to make informed product decisions
- Exceptional ability to communicate and inspire product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Ability to have a holistic understanding of users, business, technology, and design
- Ability to be creative and persistent in delivering features people love to use
- Exceptional listening and people skills
- Experience on a team that successfully took a e-commerce products to market.
- Experience scaling product organization in a rapid growth stage of a company
- Mix of enterprise and startup experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
