We're committed to empowering anyone, anywhere to be found, be successful, and ultimately, monetize their passions and talents, and we're looking for a Sr. TA Recruiter to build our team, play a critical role in overall operational efforts, and lead activities relating to the day-to-day and future experience of the people of Holonis.

You'll recruit talented, compassionate, driven individuals across a variety of departments in the dynamic and ever-evolving digital space, including product, development, design, marketing, branding, media, publishing, and more. From there, you'll work closely with our Leadership and Executive teams to ensure the success of our team, strengthen and grow our culture, and help cement Holonis' place as game-changers in our industry.
Please note: this is not a remote position - but hey, you get to live in San Diego!
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Oversee all recruiting efforts and related initiatives in alignment with strategic company and departmental goals and objectives
Meet regularly with Holonis Leadership and hiring managers to develop the overall recruiting strategy, identifying gaps in internal talent and create an ongoing and ever-evolving recruiting “roadmap” reflective of current and future goals
Manage internal applicant tracking system and stay on the pulse of current and emerging recruiting technologies to optimize Holonis' hiring efforts
Create job postings and related position-specific surveys in alignment with department and company goals and values
Review applications, resumes, cover letters, CVs and survey responses, conducting preliminary phone interviews and preparing hiring managers for second-round and final interviews
Prepare and extend candidate offer letters, serving as primary point of contact for additional communications, scheduling, and negotiations
Coordinate with department managers to ensure efficient and thorough onboarding of new hires
Maintain updated position descriptions for all existing employees
Lead internal company-wide communications on all-staff announcements, events, policy and procedure, performance reviews, and culture and engagement
