    Job Description

     

    Holstrom, Block & Parke, APLC is the premier family law & estate planning firm in the Inland Empire, San Diego County and Orange County. We are actively seeking a Web/Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Business Development Team. The person in this position will create and maintain digital assets for various brand websites and associated identities.

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The Web/Graphic Designer works within marketing team to design and develop effective digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and grow brand awareness. They will design and develop high-quality marketing initiatives and campaigns for web and mobile experiences. They will contribute to and execute the company vision and plans, creating and implementing graphic design, illustrations, logos, presentations and more. They are engaged in the design/development community and stay updated with latest design tips and trends.

     

    ·         Gather and evaluate business requirements in collaboration with Marketing team members and senior management

    ·         Create and manage all graphics, logos, brand kits and designs internally and externally for company

    ·         Coordinate with marketing team members to collaborate on marketing initiatives and campaign graphics

    ·         Work with marketing team members to create and distribute all graphics to respective channels

    ·         Engage with employees consistently to enhance company culture and involvement

    ·         Work to continuously improve overall brand, brand presence and customer journey

    ·         Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    ·         Good time management skills with the ability to self-manage and multi-task

    ·         High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, Microsoft Office applications and cloud drives

    ·         2+ years’ experience working in graphic design, preferably with digital marketing teams

    ·         A Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or a related field

    ·         Exceptional organization skills, written and verbal communication skills, public speaking, creative, organized and proactive

    ·         Experience designing and developing for responsive (mobile) application

    ·         An excellent problem solver with the ability to identify, analyze and propose solutions

    ·         Proven and efficient project management skills, having the ability to manage goal setting, tracking and reporting
