    Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers all the way from listing to close. We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic. They should have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. He/She will manage the entire listing to closing process efficiently and effectively to ensure all transactions run smoothly, with little or no hassle to clients and third parties. Responsibilities: • Act as liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved with taking home from the listing stage all the way to closing • Follow timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met • Maintain accurate and compliant digital files for all transactions • Gain knowledge of all paperwork in order to summarize all important terms, conditions, and contingency dates to clients • Schedule photos, get paperwork signed and proactively create the online listing in order to ensure it goes on the market in a timely fashion • Communicate with the agent several times throughout the process including all important dates, missing documents, calendar reminders, file compliance status, & any issues that arise • Communicate regularly with the client to send them reminders, check in, and let them know what to expect in each step of the process • Draft any paperwork needed along the way and ensure they are shared with relevant parties • Be the first point of contact/resource for all questions that arise throughout the process • Coordinate closing date, time, and location and notify all parties • Review the closing statement for our clients to verify accuracy prior to closing • Follow up with clients after the sale to check-in Qualifications: • Excellent at building rapport • People & goal oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good organizational skills • Learning based • Self starter • Handles change with ease • High sense of urgency Compensation: $30,000 - $35,000 yearly
