Holy Angels is in search of a Business/Creative Arts Manager. This position under the supervision of the Business Development Director will manage the creative arts component and the day to day business operations within the Day Program.

Overview of Position:

Manage business functions of the Day Program related to the retail component of the program.

Manage the creative arts functions of the Day Program.

Manages the Gift Shop Coordinator, Horticulture, Volunteers, and other front line staff working in the program.

Tracks sales, margins and profits.

Work with Vendors.

Build relationships with retail partners.

Responsible for production inventory, recordkeeping, marketing as related to the business component of the Day Program.

Assist in the development of products to be made in the creative arts component of the Day Program.

Manages supplies for artist and staff.

Work after hour and weekend events as needed.

Drive throughout the area to make deliveries of products to retail outlets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

3-5 years experience working in a business setting.

3-5 years experience working in a creative setting.

MUST be proficient in Microsoft products, Word, Excel and Power Point. (testing will be required)
