    JOB PURPOSE:

    Responsible for developing leads, evaluating client needs, equipment and home modification selection and sales. Assisting with technical installations when necessary.

    ****KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    __Sales/Design process:

    · Help clients define and organize access goals, screen for client/caregiver abilities, activity analysis, evaluate physical environment.

    · Identify goals that can be addressed in house and refer others.

    · Coordinate with other involved professionals through the process and document results.

    · Research potential solutions and identify pro/con, provide quote or evaluation results to client, using product literature, drawings, etc as appropriate for level of sale/client. Follow up as needed to obtain order from client.

    · Order supplies and ensure they arrive before work begins (ensure BT order/receipt process is completed) Create work orders for construction/installation staff or subs in timely manner for to allow preparation.

    · Communicate with client regularly if prep process is lengthy and document progress through process.

    · Implement orders or work, train client in new environment if needed, set up long term follow up, record service and follow up for clients in a timely manner and coordinate with other staff as needed.

    · Document completion and ensure BT delivery ticket confirmed, funding process started, or final payment by client made.

    Marketing :

    · Develop and nurture contact with past clients and potential referral sources, participate in networking or marketing events as assigned.

    · Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.

    § Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.

    § Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

    Other Functions:

    · Work with others to obtain funding if needed, ensure delivery tickets are created, schedule and implement work as assigned.

    · Ensure Numotion standards, procedures, and all applicable codes/regulations are followed- observing HIPPA, Safety, and compliance of building codes at all times.

    · Maintain license/certifications of profession for self. Participate in education sessions provided by Company or required by certifications.

    · Manage work sites if Lift Manager not available.

    · Monitor and maintain tools and inventory coordinating with other staff.

    · Receive and sort products on loading dock as needed.

    · Perform other jobs/duties as needed.


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

    · Minimum of 2 years’ experience in assistive technology, residential modifications, or a closely related health profession required.

    · Minimum of 6 months prior customer service experience.

    · Minimum of 1 year experience with scaled drawing, print reading, and written specifications required.

    · Proficiency in Windows operating system, word-processing software, web-based data systems, simple graphics, and the internet required.

    · Ability to plan materials needed, order of work, and understand labor requirements required.

    · Familiarity with general medical conditions and transfer techniques required.

    · Ability to locate material pricing and availability, labor rates, and labor requirements for construction work, and standard work practices required.

    · Must be licensed to operate motor vehicle and must maintain personal insurance. Must be able to drive, navigate over urban, suburban, and rural areas.

    PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    § Previous experience with computerized drafting preferred with proficiency required within 6 months.

    § Previous experience providing price quotes for construction or other private pay customer service preferred.

    § Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects preferred.

    § Familiarity with residential building structure, pertinent code and permit regulations preferred.

    § Previous experience or knowledge of DME equipment sales a plus.

    § Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

    § Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associated with computer equipment.

    § Ability to read, comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions

    § Ability to work overtime as needed.
