    Caregiver Key Responsibilities

    • Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting)
    • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
    • Offer medication reminders per care plan (within Colorado scope of practice)
    • Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed
    • Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, general tidiness)
    • Monitor and report changes in client condition
    • Offer companionship and emotional support
    • Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings
    • Follow individualized care plans created by healthcare professionals

    Caregiver Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    • Clear background check

    • Physical ability to assist clients with transfers and positioning

    • At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

    • Compassionate, patient and dependable
