  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking enthusiastic outbound agents, ideally with experience in either home improvement or one of the trades, to follow up with our existing customers, generate sales answering requests in a fast-paced environment.  You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy our attractive membership program, maintenance programs and additional products or services as well as scheduling appointments for existing members,  as well as following up with members after appointments for feedback. A successful outbound agent must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be patient, cool-tempered and able to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele and increase revenue.

    Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

    • Generating leads from warm and cold calls

    • Daily updating client communications in CRM

    • Answer phone calls existing members and book appointments

    • Use scripts and tailor them to effectively provide the information about our membership program, the product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits.

    • This role requires checking in with members and assist them

    • In all situations demonstrate Character, Courtesy and Calm.

    • Be able to multitask in all situations.

    • Ability to learn all varieties of information 

    • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements and identify sales and service opportunities that they'd find valuable.

    • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our membership, products or services meet their needs and create value.

    • Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system.

    • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation.

    • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

    • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information including trends and observations.

    Skills

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Fluent in English is a MUST, Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish).
    • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints and rebuttals.
    • Persistent and results-oriented
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Fast learner
    • Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
