Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Home-Based Telemarketers to join our dynamic team. As a Telemarketer at Usery Insurance Agency, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving sales growth. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to transfer to the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and sales activities in our CRM system.
Follow up with leads to answer questions, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly transfer targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Must have own computer and willing to install company programs on cell phone.
