Over the last nine years, HomeBuyers of Pittsburgh has grown from two partners and a vision to 25 full-time team members who have now bought and sold nearly 1000 homes. In the last year and a half, we have added a brokerage arm to the company as well. We're looking for the right person to join our team to help us manage our marketing at a high level, provide clear reporting on lead sources and return on investment, and give us more clarity to drive our companies forward. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a marketing whiz, a creative person who understands small business branding, takes initiative, is very organized, and loves to be around people who push you to be the best version of yourself, then you're who we're looking for! Your day-to-day tasks will include fulfilling and managing our marketing campaigns, vendors, and leads system. You'll work with traditional media like radio, TV, newspapers, etc. and you'll be responsible for managing our social media growth as well. This is a role with a lot of growth potential in helping build these brands so if you have experience or have wanted experience in making a big impact in a smaller company - this could be the fit. Responsibilities: • Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand • Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth • Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers • Manage a $600k+ budget and earn a minimum 5.5x return • Track each campaign and report on KPIs • Manage multiple services and contractors: PPC, Cold Callers, SEO, Radio, Paper, TV, Billboards • Write Up To 8 500 word articles a month highlighting customer service during transactions • Cross-post blog content to social media accounts and build our presence • Find/plan/execute community outreach and events • Manage our social media - planning, scheduling, and monitoring • Manage our websites + front-facing brand Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years of marketing/agency experience • Experience with Google + Meta Ads Manager • Be creative, but also able to lead and execute a marketing plan Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
