You’ll work with motivated sellers, evaluate residential properties, and structure win-win purchase offers that serve both homeowners and our investment partners. The position offers a healthy mix of office-based strategy and fieldwork, giving you both structure and independence. At Smooth Closing, we set you up to win. Our compensation includes base pay plus commission, with top performers earning $150,000+ annually. You’ll receive paid training, proven systems, and ongoing leadership support to accelerate your growth. Responsibilities: • Manage your pipeline of qualified seller appointments (leads are provided). • Visit properties in person to evaluate condition, repairs, and market comps. • Run comparable market analysis (CMA) to determine offer pricing. • Present and negotiate offers directly with homeowners. • Build rapport, handle objections, and close contracts on the spot. • Update CRM daily and coordinate with internal transaction teams. Qualifications: • 1–2 years of experience in direct-to-consumer sales (auto, RV, solar, etc). • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a face-to-face sales setting. • Strong closing instincts and comfort working in fast-paced environments. • Willingness to learn real estate valuation and deal structuring. Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 yearly
