    We are seeking a Home Buying Specialist to join our growing team in the real estate investment industry located in Augusta, GA. This person must be a sales closer with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. We are looking for someone comfortable with taking risks, independent, confident, firm, and proactive. This person will need to take the initiative to get things done. Competitive and driven spirit are great fits for the team. This is a great fit for an entry-level salesperson who is hungry and coachable. Compensation: $3,500 - $4,000 monthly base, 6% commission on all deals. First year OTE $72,000 - $95,000. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Speak and meet with homeowners to purchase their property • Setting up seller appointments along with drafting contracts, contract negotiations, contract closing! • Prospecting, calling 10-40 people per day (some cold, most warm) • Assessing rehab costs and after-repair-value of the home • Build trust quickly in a short time; brand ambassador to promote the company. • Ability to solve problems and get results. Both Integrity and profit minded • Understanding and updating CRM as necessary Qualifications: • 2 years of sales experience Preferred • This is a great fit for an entry-level salesperson who is hungry and moldable. • Track record of success in sales • Team player, Self-starter, Approachable • Strong negotiation skills & a natural deal maker, Excellent follow-up skills • Ability to set and close deals • Relationship-building skills • Must be motivated to succeed in a competitive environment • Business-minded spirit • Committed to the long-term growth of yourself and the company • Clean background check and driver's license required.
