The Mission At Green Street Home Buyers, our Acquisitions Specialists are the front line of our company. You're not just meeting with homeowners—you're helping them move forward. Your role is part problem solver, part dealmaker, and 100 percent relationship builder. What Makes This Role Special • Appointments Provided – You don’t need to cold call or door knock • Upside Earnings – Your income potential is directly tied to your results, along with peace of mind with a reliable monthly draw • Hands-On Support – You're backed by a team that wants you to win Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing • Attend 10 to 12 pre-qualified, in-person appointments each week (appointments provided) • Build authentic rapport with sellers and uncover why they want to sell • Present offers with empathy, clarity, and confidence • Maintain a consistent daily follow-up rhythm to nurture warm leads • Collaborate with our in-house team to push deals across the finish line • Keep detailed notes and activity tracked in our CRM Qualifications: • Have full weekday availability (M–F) • Are comfortable with commission-heavy pay and a performance-driven culture • Have experience in outside sales, real estate, or closing high-ticket deals • Are confident, curious, coachable, and naturally competitive • Can manage your own time and pipeline without hand-holding • You’re a natural closer who thrives under pressure and in competition • You’ve got real-world experience—outside sales, real estate, solar, car sales, or similar • You’re resilient—no deal is ever really dead in your book • You take ownership of your time and results without needing hand-holding • You’re curious, coachable, and always chasing that next level Compensation: $100,000 - $160,000 yearly
