Premier Investment Solutions is hiring a Home Buying Specialist to help grow a portfolio of investment properties. You’ll identify acquisition opportunities and manage deal activity from initial contact through closing.

What You’ll Do

- Take ownership of contacting property owners by phone, text, or other tools to initiate the acquisition process. Identify on-market and off-market properties that align with investment goals.

- Present offers with clarity

- Manage deal activity from outreach through closing.

- Participate in scheduled meetings to align on goals and deal status.

- Navigate deal-specific challenges and adjust to different property types and structures within a defined process.

What You Bring

- Relevant experience in sales, real estate, or related fields.

- Strong communication skills — persuasive, personable, and proactive

- Maintains focus on objectives and follows through to achieve defined results.

- Brings a positive attitude and works effectively with internal partners as needed.

- Willing to adjust priorities when needed, especially with clear communication
