    Compensation

    $125,000 – $150,000+ per year (uncapped commission)

    Position Overview

    As a Home Buying Specialist / Real Estate Acquisitions Manager , you will be responsible for converting motivated seller leads into signed purchase agreements. This is a consultative, high-velocity sales role requiring strong phone skills, in-person closing ability, and disciplined follow-up.

    Real estate experience is NOT required — strong sales ability is.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound and outbound motivated seller leads
    • Negotiate and secure property purchase contracts
    • Conduct in-person seller appointments and property walkthroughs
    • Build rapport quickly and uncover seller motivation
    • Perform consistent follow-up (50+ calls/day typical)
    • Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline management
    • Attend local networking and marketing events as needed
    • Provide daily activity and performance reporting
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
    • Collaborate with a fast-paced acquisitions team

    Required:

    • Proven track record in sales, inside sales, or outside sales
    • Strong closing skills (phone and in person)
    • Excellent communication and rapport-building ability
    • Highly driven, competitive, and results-oriented
    • Comfortable working in a quota-driven environment
    • Organized with strong CRM discipline
    • Clean background check
    • Full-time availability

    Preferred (not required):

    • Real estate acquisitions experience
    • Experience in high-ticket sales, consultative sales, or B2C sales
    • Familiarity with investor or distressed property conversations
