What You’ll Do
Respond to inbound inquiries quickly (goal: within 1 hour during business hours)
Conduct discovery calls to understand needs, urgency, and fit
Convert leads into scheduled in-home consultations (Living Room Visits)
Manage a high-volume pipeline (200–300 active leads/month) in Zoho CRM
Execute consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
Maintain detailed notes and next steps for every lead
Support outside sales reps and broader sales efforts as needed
Ensure smooth handoff to care and operations teams
What Success Looks Like
Strong conversion of inquiries into scheduled consultations
Consistent, disciplined follow-up across all leads
Accurate and organized CRM pipeline management
Ability to handle a high volume of conversations daily
Fully ramped within 90 days
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience
Proven ability to manage and convert inbound leads
Strong communication skills—empathetic, confident, and persuasive
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Persistent and follow-up driven
CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
Compensation & Schedule
Base salary: $40,000 – $50,000
Bonus tied to completed consultations
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, some follow up on the evenings & weekends
