About the Role:

Join Green Tree Home Care as a Home Care Aid and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients in San Bernardino, CA. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality in-home care and support.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.

Provide Medication Reminders as needed.

Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.

Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team.

Transport clients to appointments and social activities as required.

Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older with valid Drivers License and proof of car insurance.

Previous experience in home care or a similar role is a plus.

Valid CPR and First Aid certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and move clients as needed; physical stamina required.

Empathetic, patient, and reliable demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Background check and drug screening are mandatory.

Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends.
