We are looking for several Home Care Aides to join our team!

You will be directly working with clients, following a one-on-one care plan in client homes.

If you operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets client needs and have strong verbal and written communication skills; we are looking for YOU!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist clients with daily activities such as changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning, or personal care

Maintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor

Build relationships with clients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert

Medication reminders

QUALIFICATIONS

HCA Certification or CNA preferred, not required to start

High School Diploma or GED

One year prior professional experience

Reliable transportation required
