About the Role:

Join Qualicare as a Home Care Aide and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Orange County Central. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Monitor health conditions as per care plans.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Transport clients to appointments and assist with mobility.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.

Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor with a strong desire to help others.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and care procedures.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is desirable.
