What Does a Home Care Aide Do?

As a Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support that helps our clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Providing medication reminders or medication assistance as permitted

Preparing nutritious meals based on client needs

Providing mobility and transfer assistance

Offering companionship and emotional support

Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and tidying

Observing and reporting changes in a client's physical or mental condition
