About the Role:

A Place At Home Towson is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join their team in Sykesville, MD! Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs

Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors

Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Home Care Aide, CNA, caregiver, or in a related healthcare role preferred

Genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to client well-being

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Reliable transportation to client homes in the Sykesville, MD area

Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans accurately

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
