To lead a Home Care office by providing ongoing oversight and support to office staff within Central New Jersey area. A home care branch administrator is responsible for setup, overall growth, management and operation of a new branch in Central Jersey. This includes overseeing financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of patient care and service delivery.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate and communicate the core values of CareTen, Inc.
Develop, and coach a high performing office team within geographic service area.
Hire, Provide oversight and support to assigned services office, including responsibility for direct supervision of Client Service Managers, Director of Patient Services, Recruiting and Compliance Managers, and Directors of Marketing.
Conduct performance appraisals in accordance with CareTen policies and procedures.
Identify, develop, and market business opportunities for the office team.
Provide support and coaching to office team in marketing and recruiting initiatives.
Provide consultation and leadership to office on budgeting and financial goals.
Monitor the quality and appropriateness of all services provided by the office within geographic service area.
Develop and oversee marketing campaign in order to establish CareTen as the provider of choice within geographic service area.
Assist with accounts receivable and collections as needed.
Successfully oversee and manage all service and employment related content made to the office after normal business hours as necessary.
Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrated record of goal achievement.
Three (3) years of verifiable supervisory work experience, preferably in a healthcare or homecare management position.
Registered Nurse License, a plus.
Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions
