Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for excellence in care? We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help us lead, support, and elevate our caregiving services. If you love working with people, solving problems, and making a difference in your community—this is your chance. Managing Home Care is required for at least 5 years!
💡 What You’ll Do:
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of our caregiving team
Ensure all care services are delivered with compassion, efficiency, and professionalism
Supervise care staff and office coordinators; provide support, coaching, and guidance
Manage client intake, care plans, scheduling, and quality checks
Ensure compliance with caregiving standards and local regulations
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
Monitor performance, track KPIs, and implement improvements
✅ What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required
Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations or leadership role in In- Home Care is required
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure with grace
Familiarity with caregiving compliance, scheduling tools, and operational systems
