We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNA's or HHA's to join our team at Brightstar Care! Ideal candidates will have experience in a home care setting, are reliable, and comfortable working with complex cases. We have a 4p-8p available, 7 days a week. During this shift time, an LPN will be there to do a tube feeding and CNA will help client wrap up their day. This includes, but not limited to, utilizing the hoyer lift, helping the client get ready for bed, assisting with repositioning, etc. We are currently looking for someone to be consistent with a specific client. We are offering $25/hr to work with this client, if you choose to work with other clients, we will have a different base rate; which falls between $19-$22/hr. Job Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification.
A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
