    Now Hiring a CNA to also work in our office. Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Looking to grow with a home care office and still help clients hands-on? This blended role will assist the office with phone answering, message taking, light scheduling and heavy recruitment-focus. You will be trained on phone screening applicants and back office HR processes. We also may use this role to help cover call-offs for our home care clients during the work day. This would be a great position for someone wanting steady hours each week, enjoys talking on the phone and helping grow a home care agency, and has a passion for caregiving and creating a truly exceptional experience for clients and their families!

    CNA Job Responsibilities:

    Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities).

    Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.

    Deliver care based on each patient's individualized plan, providing support with daily activities like feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and transportation to medical appointments, outdoor outings, and shopping.

    Offer kind-hearted companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a positive and compassionate care experience.

    Office Assistant Job Responsibilities:

    Providing excellent customer service answering daily office calls from clients, staff, family members, vendors, and potential new clients.

    Review Job Applicants and Conduct Phone Screening Interviews. Scheduling In-Person Interviews as qualified.

    Utilize HRIS and ATS systems to conduct background checks, reference checks, manage TB screening activities, and entering new hires into systems.

    Assist with New Hire Orientation and Annual Training Tracking/Credentialling.

    Light Scheduling modifications and communications as directed.

    Other In-Office Job Duties and projects as assigned.

    BrightStar CNA Qualifications:

    Current In-State (MN) CNA Certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.

    If you are a HHA (no CNA) A minimum of three years of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings required

    A Valid Driver's License

    A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Geriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience

    Must be at least 18 yrs. or older

    Able to travel within our covering territories

    Empathy for the needs of the client

    Office Staff Qualifications:

    Experience using Outlook Email and Calendar Features.

    Professional Communication Skills; Verbal & Written

    Experience Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

    Attention to Details

    Experience working in a fast-paced office environment among many interruptions, utilizing data entry and prioritization of tasks.

    Job Types: Full-Time , Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
