About the Role:

Abundant Love Home Care Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Caregiver to join our growing team in Valdese, Grainite Falls and Hickory NC. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care and support. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed

Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces

Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions

Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life

Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities

Document and report changes in client condition to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, patient, and empathetic demeanor

Ability to work independently and follow care plans with minimal supervision

CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
