    Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and families.

    Lead educational sessions focusing on dementia care, Parkinson’s care, and senior wellness.

    Represent Assisting Hands at community events, trade shows, and networking functions.

    Manage a CRM system to track leads, referrals, and follow-up actions like a pro.

    Be the bridge between families and the care they need, performing in-home assessments to create custom care plans.

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    Background in healthcare or senior care (LMSW, LBSW, LPN, RN, BSW preferred).

    Exceptional presentation and organizational skills.

    Passion for working with the elderly and an understanding of their unique needs.

    Experience with MS Office, Google Drive, CRM tools, and community

    engagement.

    A creative thinker devoted to continuously educating themselves and others.
