    We are seeking a dynamic and polished Home Care Sales Representative to join a high-end, boutique Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) serving Long Island's upscale clientele. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, well-connected, and driven by results—with an active book of business in private pay home care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, elder law attorneys, care managers, rehabs, and other senior service providers.

    • Identify and close new business opportunities to drive census growth and revenue.

    • Present the agency’s services to prospective clients and referral partners with professionalism and discretion.

    • Coordinate with the care management team to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

    • Represent the brand at networking events, industry functions, and community outreach initiatives.

    • Maintain detailed records of referral activity and lead conversion.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in private pay home care sales (LHCSA experience required).

    • Active referral network and current book of business in the Long Island home care market.

    • Highly polished, articulate, and confident communicator.

    • Deep understanding of the unique needs and expectations of high-net-worth clientele.

    • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
