Location: St. Paul and Surrounding Areas Guaranteed 40+ Hours per Week

Position Overview As a Field Specialist, you will be a key part of our in-home care team, delivering personalized care to clients across St. Paul and the surrounding areas. You’ll be expected to provide the highest level of care, demonstrate expertise in handling a wide range of client needs, and build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
What’s in it for you?
Guaranteed 40+ hours per week: Your work schedule will be flexible, but you will have guaranteed availability for 40 hours or more each week.
10 hours of availability per day: Work 5 days a week, and we will send you to clients who need your expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert home care services to clients in their homes.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs.
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Manage and administer medication and medical treatments, as needed.
Build rapport with clients, offering emotional support, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Be flexible and adaptable to provide care across a range of clients with different needs.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to management.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a home care provider, personal care assistant, or a similar role.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate excellent judgment in all situations.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse population of clients and families.
Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic.
Must be able to provide care with compassion, patience, and attention to detail.
Experience with medical tasks such as administering medications and providing assistance with mobility is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between clients' homes.
