BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a specific client during the 4 PM – 8 PM shift, available 7 days a week. This role offers $35/hr and includes assisting with evening routines, transfers using a Hoyer lift, repositioning, helping the client get ready for bed, and potentially providing support with colostomy and urostomy bag care. Ideal candidates will have experience in home health, feel confident handling complex care needs independently, and are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.

Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
