    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Care Community Liaison with Business Development Experience, to join our team at BrightStar Care of Lowell / Andover. As a leader in the home care industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing top-notch care to our clients and driving sales growth for our business. Potential to earn bonus up to 200% of your base compensation

    Responsibilities: Own Your Territory: Take charge of a high-potential region, strategically prospecting and generating qualified leads. Build Relationships: Convert cold leads into strong referral partnerships by engaging key decision-makers.

    Drive Results: Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact to close, ensuring top conversion rates. Expand & Retain: Grow your market presence while ensuring excellent client retention and satisfaction. Increase Brand Visibility: Elevate brand awareness through social media, networking, and digital outreach. Support Sales Functions: Assist in the research, development, and execution of annual sales plans to improve overall sales performance. Develop and Maintain Referrals: Cultivate relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and case managers to generate referrals for skilled and unskilled Private Duty Home Care. Network and Market: Attend events and community marketing opportunities to establish a strong presence with healthcare professionals and referral sources. Track and Report: Keep accurate sales records and reports to track progress and identify growth opportunities.

    Requirements:

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results

    Proven success as a top-performing sales professional. 2+ years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare. Experience managing multiple complex B2B deals (home care sales preferred). Strong negotiation and communication skills, particularly with C-level executives and referral partners.

    Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment. Competitive mindset backed by measurable achievements.

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
