About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Care Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our agency in the community — building relationships with referral sources, educating healthcare professionals about our services, and driving census growth. Compensation & Benefits • Base salary starting at $60,000 annually • Performance-based bonuses tied to referral and census growth • Mileage reimbursement • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off (PTO) and holidays • Ongoing professional development and training • Supportive team environment with strong leadership Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians' offices, and other referral sources • Conduct regular in-person visits and presentations to healthcare professionals and community partners • Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking functions • Collaborate with the clinical and operations team to ensure smooth intake and client satisfaction • Track and report on marketing activity, referral trends, and census data • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase agency visibility • Maintain a consistent presence in the territory and manage a defined call cycle Qualifications • Minimum 1–2 years of healthcare or home care marketing/sales experience preferred • Knowledge of the home care, senior care, or healthcare industry strongly desired • Proven track record of building referral relationships and meeting growth targets
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Why Join Us?
